Warranty
Ride with confidence knowing you are covered by a one-year manufacturer's warranty on all electrical parts and the main components of your electric bike. This can be extended to two years for £99.99 if purchased within three months of the original purchase.
The warranty covers technical faults not caused by user error, and serial number registration is required. For further information, please click here.
