Shipping & Delivery
Engwe e-bikes are typically delivered in 5 to 7 working days from your order date, but may take longer during busy periods.
Engwe bikes come 80% pre-assembled, allowing for a swift setup once delivered. You will need to attach the front wheel, saddle, handlebars, and pedals. All required tools and a comprehensive instruction manual are included with your purchase. For additional assistance, please watch the unboxing video at the end of the product photo reel.

Warranty
All Engwe e-bikes and e-scooters come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty, covering motor parts, the battery, and the frame.
Failures due to improper use, self-repairs, or modifications, as well as improper storage or accidents, are not covered under warranty. Costs incurred from unauthorised repairs, slight shipping damage to packaging, and consumable parts like tyres and brakes are also excluded.

If your workplace is signed up but you don’t have a voucher in hand, no worries! Ask your employer to request a voucher based on the bike you want. Once they’ve sorted it, send it our way and we’ll handle everything from there.
