Please Note: The Graphic Display upgrade includes a permanently mounted LCD screen on the handlebars and a mini twist-grip throttle. With the throttle included as standard in this upgrade, these bikes are intended exclusively for off-road or private land use.

Warranty
Ride with complete piece of mind knowing your new Batribike e-bike is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase. Additionally, the battery and Promovec motor is guaranteed for 3 years, and the frame for 5 years.
Please note the battery must be used in line with the care guide outlined the owner's manual for a warranty claim to be upheld. Consumables like brake pads, tyres, lights, and cables are not covered, but can be purchased from Batribike or ourselves.
