Warranty & Returns
Dallington e-bikes come with a 5-year warranty for the frame and 2-year warranty for electrical components. Please be aware this does not include standard wear and tear, damage from accidents, or use deviating from intented use.
We want you to be happy with your Dallington. If you need to make a return, you can do so within 14 days by emailing us your order number and reason. Returns must be unused, in original condition, and packaging. If not, a fee may apply. Please include the invoice and use a secure delivery method.
In the unlikely event you should receive a faulty item, please contact us within the warranty period and we will help you repair it. Please note this does not include faults from improper use are excluded. If no fault is found, you will need to cover the return cost. Faulty items within 30 days will be exchanged or repaired, but not refunded.

If your workplace is signed up but you don’t have a voucher in hand, no worries! Ask your employer to request a voucher based on the bike you want. Once they’ve sorted it, send it our way and we’ll handle everything from there.
