Warranty
Hygge offers a 12-month limited warranty on manufacturing defects and transport damages, starting from the delivery date and covering only the original buyer. You are recommend to service the e-Bike every 6-12 months or 2000km (1250 miles).
Warranty Details:
- 36 Months: Frame
- 12 Months: Motor, controller, fork, handlebar, brake, charger, battery
- 6 Months: Display, switch, kickstand, tyres, pedals, freewheel, fenders, lights
Exclusions: User negligence, natural disasters, improper use, unauthorised repairs, or exceeding 4000km (2500 miles) mileage.
